According to Ayurveda each of us has a unique psycho/physiological body type (our constitution) which can become imbalanced leading to various symptoms and eventually disease. In this talk Dr. Aileen will introduce you to the concepts behind this fascinating system of healing and hopefully start you on a journey of self-discovery.
